Qualifications

Qualifications:

Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
3 years Financial analysis and data mining
3 years working in health care and insurance industry, preferably Medicaid and Medicare including regulatory and compliance requirements
Proficiency in software applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and/or other databases
3 years relational database experience with specific focus on the design, maintenance, and troubleshooting of medium to large MS Access applications
3 years with PL/SQL developer or comparable SQL experience
Previous Microsoft Sharepoint design and administration experience a plus
Previous Microstrategy, COGNOS, and Business Objects reporting experience a plus
Microsoft Excel dashboarding experience a plus
Problem solving skills; the ability to systematically analyze problems, draw relevant conclusions and devise appropriate courses of action
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to speak clearly and concisely, conveying complex or technical information in a manner that others can understand, as well as ability to understand and interpret complex information from others
