What will you be doing?

  • Be the first point of contact for our guests in our Terra Tempe restaurant
  • Answering the telephone
  • Making guest reservations when necessary
  • Greeting guests
  • Providing accurate wait times
  • Escorting customers to their dining tables and bar areas.

What experience do you need?

  • The ability to multi-task is essential for keeping the Restaurant seating with status of each table, while also seating new guests upon their arrival.
  • For this role, you should have solid organizational and people skills to make sure our guests have a positive dining experience from the moment they arrive until their departure.
  • Ultimately, you will ensure we provide excellent customer service and a pleasant dining experience to every guest.
  • Must have the ability to communicate in English.
  • Self-starting personality with an even disposition.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times.
  • Can communicate well with guests.
  • Must be willing to "pitch-in" and help co-workers with their job duties and be a team player.
  • Must be able to withstand prolonged periods of standing and/or walking.
    Ability to lift at least 30 lbs.
