Job Description

Summary: Work on various design concepts from concept to completion. Will work under the supervision of the Senior Director Design Solutions and perform the following task including, but not limited to the following:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

* Understands project requirements and concepts for all market segmentations

* Range of job duties includes working closely with the Mannington Sales Team, A&D Firms and End Users assisting in client needs, design layout and project management

* Create 2D Finish and Rendered Plans, Estimates and Installation Diagrams, 3D Scenes * Provide technical assistance, specification information and material selection for client needs

* Collaborate on design projects, including client needs, conceptual design, schematic design and design development * Strong communication and leadership skills

* Assist in managing client expectations and team communication

* Relationship selling techniques through design consultation to maximize selling opportunities

* Conduct market research, tracking and evaluation of color and design trends

* Participate in various design projects from concept to completion.

* Flexibility to focus on a single client with a variety of project types and multiple projects in various stages and development.

* Develop and present projects from concept to completion internally and to customers

* Other duties may be assigned.
