The Sr. Specialist II, Sales Support (ProServ) will support the sales process in leading the accurate discovery and scoping of technical services for each sales opportunity. This role's deliverables directly impact the client onboarding experience and services revenue. The incumbent is a technical subject matter expert that works directly with clients to perform technical discovery, provide leadership in best practices, scope the needed solutions, and create the appropriate technical statements of work.NextGen Healthcare is an equal opportunity employer.
