Sr Vehicle Operations Logistics Specialist
Job Description
*Candidates can reside in the Phoenix, AZ or Dallas, TX market. Candidates will have the ability to work remote most of the time and will have a requirement to be in the office 4-5 times a month. Remote working agreements are subject to change.

The Sr Vehicle Operations Logistics Specialists will facilitate and manage the transport of customer vehicles to and from Manheim auction sites and other areas in the region as assigned.

USD 19.18 - 28.80 per hour
Compensation:
Hourly base pay rate is $19.18 - $28.80/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.
Benefits:
Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, parental leave, and COVID-19 vaccination leave.

The Sr Vehicle Operations Logistics Specialists will facilitate and manage the transport of customer vehicles to and from Manheim auction sites and other areas in the region as assigned.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter any manual orders in AS400 throughout the day.
- Monitoring and actioning AutoIMS emails - Trans Delay Holds, Cancellations, ETA's
- Following Up on Escalations
- Monitoring Enrichment Failures throughout the day and correcting them as soon as possible
- Monitoring and correcting Master Data issues - pickup locations that do not have a pickup location type associated with them.
- Monitoring flow of inventory - making sure vehicles are moving through the processes.
- Measuring performance - looking at analytics for clients
- Monitoring units on Spot and identifying carriers that may move that inventory to assist DHL getting up to speed with carrier knowledge.
- Compile vehicle transportation related data and generate reports.
- Follow all job-related duties as directed by supervisor.
- Contact customer to determine vehicle availability and condition.
- Schedule vehicle pick-up and delivery with customer and transporter
- Reconcile any transporter-related issues that may arise.
- Notify customer account representatives and transporter of any relevant vehicle transportation related issues.
- Monitor and report on customer compliance and transporter performance.
Required:
- HS Diploma or equivalent and 1-3 years administrative experience (in automotive industry preferred)
- Working knowledge of computer usage including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Ability to work independently in a matrix environment to execute and deliver results.
- Excellent customer service and multi-tasking skills
- High attention to detail including precise data entry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with a high sense of urgency in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Safe drivers wanted with the ability to pass a background check and drug test required.
