Director of Business Development - Healthcare Staffing
AB Staffing Solutions seeks a detail-oriented Director of Business Development with exceptional presentation, sales and time management skills to generate a pipeline of leads through various channels. As the Strategic Partnership Director, you will work across our Acute, Post-Acute, and Allied Health divisions.

Your responsibilities as the Director of Business Development will include:
Cold-calling and emailing potential leads and attending networking events to gain new business.
Communicating with all levels of stakeholders within facilities and healthcare organizations to identify staffing needs and solutions.
Attending conferences, site visits, and trade shows, as needed.
To qualify for this Director of Business Development opportunity, you must have a High School Diploma or GED and:
5 years of healthcare staffing sales experience
Strong communication skills.
Professional presentation skills.
The ability to deliver excellent customer service.
