Anticipated Salary Range: $130,000 to $169,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

About the Role:
Reporting to the President of the College, the Vice President of Administrative Services serves as Chief Financial Officer, is a member of the President's Senior Council, and will provide strong leadership to the College in areas strategically aligned with the overall Mission and Vision. The Vice President has oversight of the following functional areas within the College:
The successful candidate will drive organizational change, growth, and effectiveness and ensure the institution's current and future financial strength and sustainability; be an active listener with strong communication skills; foster transparency and trust through cultivating and sustaining relationships; and use multiple variables including data, historical context, and evidence-based practices to make strategic recommendations and informed decisions.

35% - Financial Operations and Services
35% - Collaborative Leadership
30% - Operations and Facilities
