Job Summary
Checking the restrooms and breakrooms to see that they are cleaned and stocked with paper products/soap, cleaning them if needed in the Tower/Conference Center/Building's on Park Lane as well. Cleaning door glass and windows next to door, wiping down outdoor table seating outside of the Cafe as well as emptying the outdoor trash cans by the Cafe. Spot vacuuming common areas when needed.
Essential Functions
60% - Checking the restrooms and breakrooms to see that they are cleaned and stocked with paper products/soap, cleaning them if needed 30% - Cleaning door glass and windows next to door, wiping down outdoor table seating outside of the Cafe as well as emptying the outdoor trash cans by the Cafe 10% - Spot vacuuming common areas, Performs other related duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above, unless otherwise subject to any other requirements set forth in law or regulation.
