Job Description

The Center for Human Neuroscience Research in the Fralin Biomedical Research Institute at VTC seeks a person to help apply quantitative methods to problems arising in human neuroscience. The successful candidate should have extensive experience with quantitative methods in neuroscience or a related field. This person will work under the direction of Dr. Read Montague.

The position will be located in either Roanoke, VA or Phoenix, AZ.

Required Qualifications

* PhD in computational neuroscience or related field and desire to pursue quantitative approaches to human neuroscience.
* Demonstrated application of quantitative methods in neuroscience or a related field.
* Ability to work independently and creatively on multiple deadlines with competing priorities.
* Ability to work effectively with other team members.

Preferred Qualifications

* Track record of research excellence.
