Job Description

Under the supervision of the Project Manager and Construction Manager, the Security Access Coordinator works directly with the Contractor to assist in obtaining the required security clearances for all construction employees. The Security Access Coordinator's responsibilities are as follows, to include but not limited to:

  • Meet with the Contractor at the start of the Project to review the security requirements and to establish project procedures.
  • Develop a security information packet to be submitted by all construction employees for submission.
  • Review submitted packages for their completeness prior to submission to the Security Division.
  • Monitor the approval status of submitted applications.
  • Work with the Security Division to ensure applications are processed in a timely fashion.
  • Maintain a current list of cleared personnel.
  • Submit reports when requested by the Project Manager and Construction Manager reflecting clearance request status.
  • Attend regularly scheduled project meetings to provide any security updates.
  • Conduct regularly scheduled meetings with the Contractor to review clearance status and to review current needs.


Qualifications:

  • Active Top Secret Clearance.

*Our positions may require a background screening and clearance directly from the Government.
